The 298 BH LTD Sunset Creek achieves a lower price by using conventional wood frame construction and adding fewer features than the standard Sunset Creek but still providing great value.  It has a huge bike door with a fold-up bunk, porcelain toilet, triple folding entry step, auto ignition water heater, 15,000 btu ducted air, walk-on roof, 3 burner range with oven, outside shower, skylight over the tub, am/fm/cd player, 16’ awning, tub surround, and a tv antenna with power booster. Choice of decors shown in photos below.
